TRAVEL ASSISTANCE & HOUSEKEEPING
We offer our expertise and a helping hand in planning your arrival, departure and key aspects of your stay - be it booking a private chef, organizing a reception, a yoga instructor or a massage.
A house manager will welcome you at the house upon arrival. She will give you a tour of the house and be available during your stay to schedule housekeeping, give you assistance & recommendations and ensure your stay is a relaxing one.
Some maid service is inclusive of your booking. Maid service is available 4hrs per day, up to three days per week in high season and twice a week during low season unless other arrangements are made when submitting your booking request. An additional surcharge for extra services may apply. Bed linens are changed twice a week and towels once a week.
Kindly note that at least once per week the garden and pool service needs access to the property. Our staff will attempt to ensure your privacy at all times.
